What do I do if my sound isn't working?

If your sound isn't working, here are some steps you can take - we have found solve most sound issues!

Check Sound Settings:

• If you are on a phone, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification panel to adjust your volume.
• In the settings menu, look for "Sound" or "Audio" options.
• Make sure the volume is not muted and adjust the sound volume as needed.

Video Sound Icon:

• When watching a video on your device, there should be a sound icon at the bottom of the video. Tap it to turn the sound on. If there's an 'x' next to it, it usually indicates that the sound is muted. Tapping it should unmute the sound.

Browser:

• Refresh the webpage
• Try using a different browser to see if the problem is browser-specific.

Restart Device:

• Power down and restart your device.
