What do I do if my video isn't working?

If your video isn't working, please follow the list of steps below, and see if they fix the issue!

Adjust Browser

• Refresh the webpage
• Try using a different browser to see if the problem is specific to your browser.

Adjust the Video Quality

• You are able to adjust the video quality by clicking on the video, which helps when bandwidth is limited. Try reducing the video quality by clicking on the gear icon on the bottom right corner of the livestream window.

Try a Different Internet Connection

• If possible, try connecting via a different internet connection, like a cellular connection.

Restart Device

• Power down and restart your device.
