Can I pause my membership?
If you need to take a break from your membership but don't want to lose your membership price, pausing your account is the answer! You can pause your account once a year and for up to three months!
To pause your account, go to the Subscription tab in your settings and scroll to the bottom of the page where the cancel button is. Hit that, and a pop-up will come up that lets you select how many months you would like to pause your membership for. Once you have selected the time, hit the confirm button, and your account will pause at the end of the pay cycle you are currently in.
We will send you a reminder email 10 days before your pause ends and the payments start again!
