How To Change My Membership

Active members have the opportunity to move between a monthly or annual membership (or vice versa) at any time! This means that you are locked into your pricing tier as long as your membership remains active, but you can change between monthly and annual as you would like.

To change your billing cycle to monthly or annual, go to the subscription section in your settings. From there, you can toggle your membership between monthly and yearly.

If you have an annual subscription and downgrade it to a monthly one, credit will be applied to your account for the remainder of the unused time you had paid for on the annual membership. Your payments will be pulled from that credit until it is gone, and then it will go back to charging your card.

Similarly, if you have a monthly account and upgrade to an annual one, a discount will be subtracted from the payment based on the unused paid time remaining on your monthly membership.
